My Story
With a background in child psychology and a business degree, I’ve worked with children my whole life — but nothing prepared me for the realities of parenthood until I had my own baby.
When my baby struggled with sleep, I faced exhausting nights of very short stretches of rest — sometimes only 20 minutes at a time — and constant waking throughout the night. It felt like a never-ending cycle that left me completely drained and overwhelmed.
I tried everything I could think of to help, but nothing seemed to work. I wasn’t afraid to ask for help, and after working with a sleep consultant myself, I discovered a gentle, compassionate approach that truly made a difference — one without stress or tears.
Inspired by this experience, I became a certified sleep consultant through the Institute of Pediatric Sleep and Parenting (IPSP), so I could support other parents facing the same challenges with professional, evidence-based guidance.
